Description
The Non-Hydroscopic (won’t absorb liquids) safe-grip, molded polypropylene handles safe up to 100°C / 212°F. Dough pastry scrapers can be used for more than scooping up dough off of you work area. The smooth edge can be used to slice and dice dough. Use it to slice firm bakery product such as brownies and lasagna. Use it to scoop up chopped fruits and vegetables off of the cutting board or pry dried dough off of your counter. The handle and serving knife are both National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) approved. These HACCP knives are color coded for the following HACCP recognized uses:
- Red Knife =Meat.
- Blue Knife =Fish.
- Green Knife= Produce.
- White Knife= Dairy/Cheese.
- Yellow Knife = Poultry.
