The Non-Hydroscopic (won’t absorb liquids) safe-grip, molded polypropylene handles safe up to 100°C / 212°F. Turners are a type of Spatula. They are durable and can be used in the kitchen or as a Barbecue BBQ grill Spatula. The size of the Turner Spatula you need is determined by the item you are cooking and the cooking surface area. A longer turner spatula is best for a griddle or Barbecue BBQ grill while a shorter turner spatula is best for frying pans. The slanted blade allows you to cut and serve the fish with one utensil. The slots are designed to drain excess liquid while lifting a section of fish without breaking apart. The handle and serving knife are both National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) approved. These HACCP knives are color coded for the following HACCP recognized uses:
