Description
This 7-7/8″ high Paderno micro-torch uses standard butane fuel. The temperature of the torch ranges up to 2,450-degree Fahrenheit. It will produce anywhere from 60-70 minutes of burning time. It has a burner, an air adjustment ring, a gas adjustment dial, an ignition button, a safety switch, a gas calve and a continuous flame button. This tool works well for making creme brulee, glazing tarts, browning meringues and melting cheese.

I always wanted a good quality kitchen torch, and this is a great little torch and quite powerful for the size, I could not be happier. It is well constructed and very durable. Would definitely recommend this Micro-Torch. Paderno is a great product line.
