This is a great deal for what you get. Some paella pans are more expensive than this and aren’t even as well made. This is a good pan, worked well on the burners on the stove at the restaurant and it’s fairly easy to clean. In addition, it works well on a BBQ or outdoor gas grill too! Paella is better on the grill!
