This is really a hard mold, not a flexible silicone mold, made by matfer bourgeat. It is truly a professional piece; making your confectioneries looks great and as long as you use high quality products and temper your chocolate properly ”very important”, because tempered chocolate shrinks ever so slightly, enabling you to remove the chocolates from the mold simply by tapping it. You can make a lot with one tray. I love this mold.
