For fast high-volume production cutting of chocolate, caramel, canapes, fruit jellies, etc. The double guitar cutter avoids having to turn product when slicing, saving time and provides improved cutting precision. Cuts into five different rectangular shapes with cutting arms available in four different sizes 1/2″, 7/8″, 1-1/5″ and 1-3/4″ spacing, Sold Separately. Device must be used with two cutting frames. IMPORTANT NOTE: You can only use ONE 1/2″ spacing arm on this base for Frontal Cutting. You cannot use 1/2″ spacing on both sides of the base, any other arm size can be used in both sides.
