Description
The PS11 stainless steel portion control scale is able to switch between five different units of measurement with the push of a button. Welded studs on the bottom of the tray fit tightly to the scale’s weighbridge. The main board inside each unit is coated in a moisture resistant solution, adding further protection against daily use in the food industry and the scale has a built-in rechargeable battery. Featuring a 0.8-in (20-mm) high 5-digit LCD display and a 6.9 x 6.5 inch (17.5 x 16.5 cm) stainless platform with a capacity of 11 lbs., this scale is ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, delis and pizza parlors. NSF certified.
