Tamper Resistant Insulated Food Carrier / Hot Box – Tamper resistant for correctional industry. Designed so the hinge pins can’t be removed and the door can be locked. Durable, high capacity and ability to hold full, 1/2 and 1/3 size food pans make the Ultra Pan Carrier a caterer’s favorite. The tough, one piece, polyethylene shell is filled with thick polyurethane foam insulation.Durable nylon latch and air-tight gasket helps retain temperature. Door opens a full 270° for easy loading and unloading.

Note: If using metal food pans, cool to 250°F before placing onto rails.
