I have a complete 12 piece place setting of the Bellasara. I was devestadated to find out that 6 of my small teaspoons had been thrown out somehow. When I ordered and received these from DEI they were perfect match. I purchased their 12pack for a bit of a less price than the manufacturer wanted for 6! When I got my discount for buying 2 items it ended up even less. I am very happy with my Bellasara spoons and would recommend DEI to anyone for replacement of good quality flatware.

I order the 4 pack of the teaspoons because a bunch of mine went missing (I assume my little ones may have tossed them by accident). I bought the whole flatware set years ago and and still love it. They’re very sturdy and resilient! DEI was also great! They realized when I ordered that it was back ordered and notified me right away with the option the cancel. One day when I was emptying the dishwasher I realized a lot of the smaller spoons were missing. My guess is my kids accidentally tossed them in the garbage at some point. I didn’t want to buy a brand new set with more forks and knives so I searched everywhere online for these spoons. They arrived perfectly, no scratches or anything. We needed a number of replacement or additional pieces for our Bellasera flatware. An Internet search returned the DEI Equipment website. DEI offered by far the most comprehensive offerings and competitive pricing, so we decided to give them a try. Their service was excellent. We had to modify an order after placing it. Their customer team was very responsive and helpful and made the requested changes which also resulted in shipping savings that they passed along to us.
