No rust, no breakdowns! Carts come with a molded-in handle and 6 casters with impact plates (two fixed, two swivel, one with brake).

Features a removable cutting board on top. Capacity: 13 tray supports on 1-3/4″ centers. Holds up to 13 ea. 18″ x 26″ trays or sheet/bun pans.

Note: If using metal food pans, cool to 250°F before placing onto rails.
